How long does it take an order to process?

All orders take 1-3 business days to ship.


How do you ship?

All orders are shipped using UPS 3-Day Select unless upgraded by the customer.


Do you offer heat packs?

All orders are shipped with a heat pack and insulation during the winter months. Don’t worry we check your local weather!


What if my plant is dead upon arrival?

Sometimes plants get damaged due to shipping delays, if that is the case please reach out to us within 24 hours and a replacement will be sent immediately.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there are any issues please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery (with photos), and a store credit or replacement will be provided.


What should I do after my plant arrives?

  1. Unbox and remove all protective wrap and moss.
  2. Water the plant if the soil is dry.
  3. Remove any yellow or damaged leaves.
  4. Give it indirect light for 1-3 days, and direct light afterwards.
  5. Keep it away from drafts, vents, and cold windows.
  6. Allow it to acclimate to it's new environment.
  7. Lastly, be patient! Sensitive plants can take up to two weeks to show comfortability.
